Shipping: We currently ship in the United States using USPS. Shipping rates are calculated based on their information. Tracking will be provided to you once your order ships. Once your order leaves our studio we are trusting the USPS to care for your items with love. If that is not the case, please notify us. We are not responsible for damages that occur in shipping, but we will do our best to help you find a resolution!
Returns: We are currently custom making each order that comes in, meaning we make your items specially for you! Because of this current production schedule, we are unable to accept returns.
Problems with an Order: Please email us at ordershenkehouse@gmail.com with any questions or concerns regarding your items. Cups and apparel come with care cards, please read and follow the instructions to help your items last and look brand new!
Under each item, we provide the materials and process used. Each item is hand made, in our studio. We aren't outsourcing any of our items currently.
